This package focuses on lathe machining of long shafts, short cylindrical aluminum alloy shafts, pins, and sleeves, suitable for aluminum alloy parts with primarily rotary shapes. Traditional precision lathes, combined with cooling and lubrication processes, are used to perform external turning, end face machining, chamfering, and grooving on aluminum alloy bars, resulting in smooth surfaces and removal of turning burrs. These parts are widely used as equipment shafts, locating pins, support columns, and simple connectors, suitable for prototype development and small equipment modification projects. Single-piece sampling and small-batch orders are both accepted.
After placing your order on the website, we will collect your shaft part drawings, diameter, length, and tolerance requirements, confirming the aluminum alloy grade and whether internal hole machining is required. After assessing the feasibility of machining, we will provide you with a customized machining and delivery plan, clearly defining the machining steps and dimensional inspection standards. Once the plan is confirmed, turning will begin. After machining, visual and dimensional inspections will be performed, cutting residue will be cleaned, and the parts will be packaged and shipped to your chosen delivery address, completing the delivery process.
