Custom aluminum alloy mounting plates
Custom aluminum alloy connectors
Custom aluminum alloy brackets
Custom aluminum alloy fixtures
Aluminum alloy parts made to specific dimensions

Other custom aluminum alloy parts for personal projects

We primarily provide custom part manufacturing services rather than selling off-the-shelf, standardized finished parts.

Customers are required to provide accurate dimensions, specifications, and other necessary information based on their actual project needs.

  1. Custom Orders

Customers may submit the required dimensions, specifications, quantities, and other order details for custom parts via the website.

Before confirming an order, customers should carefully review the submitted information, including but not limited to:

Length, width, and height
Hole locations and dimensions
Quantity
Structural requirements
Machining requirements
Other relevant specifications

Once the customer confirms the order, we will proceed with manufacturing based on the confirmed information.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the submitted dimensions, specifications, and technical requirements are accurate and complete.

QINFILL LTD shall not be held liable for any discrepancies between the finished custom parts and the customer’s expectations resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information submitted by the customer, except where otherwise provided by law.

4. Order Confirmation

An order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties only after we have confirmed its acceptance.

We may be unable to accept an order for reasons such as:

Insufficient information provided by the customer;
Customization requirements that cannot be reasonably fulfilled;
Obvious errors in the order information;
Requested services falling outside our scope of service;
Issues regarding payment or other valid business reasons.

If we are unable to accept an order for which payment has already been made, we will refund the relevant amount as applicable.

  1. Billing and Payment Terms – One-time Sales

Orders for custom aluminum alloy parts provided by QINFILL LTD are treated as one-time sales.

One-time Payment

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the order page, the customer is required to pay the full cost of the order upon confirmation.

This cost typically covers the custom machining services and related items explicitly listed in the order.

This service is not a subscription service and does not automatically incur recurring or ongoing charges.

Completing a payment for an order does not result in automatic charges for a subsequent period.

Payment Confirmation

Orders generally proceed to the next stage of processing only after payment has been successfully made and confirmed.

If payment is unsuccessful, we may be unable to begin processing the order.

Additional Costs

If a customer requests additions or modifications to the machining specifications after order confirmation, resulting in a change in costs, we may need to inform the customer of the associated fees and obtain their confirmation before proceeding with the additional work.

We will not impose recurring charges for additional services not requested by the customer without their confirmation.

  1. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are subject to the information shown on the order and checkout pages.

If an obvious pricing or calculation error is discovered, we may contact the customer to confirm the correct price.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to an obvious pricing error, we will contact the customer and propose an appropriate solution.

  1. Ownership of Custom Parts

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties:

Materials Provided by the Customer

Intellectual property rights and ownership of original drawings, dimensional data, project information, trademarks, text, images, and other materials submitted by the customer to QINFILL LTD remain with the customer or their rightful owners.

By submitting these materials to us, the customer grants QINFILL LTD only the necessary authorization to use them for the purpose of fulfilling the order; this does not constitute a transfer of ownership to QINFILL LTD. Customized Finished Products

For customized solid aluminum alloy parts manufactured according to specifications confirmed by the customer and for which payment has been completed, ownership of the physical customized parts transfers to the customer upon full payment of the order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

QINFILL LTD does not claim continued ownership of physical customized parts that have been sold and fully paid for by the customer.

However, ownership of the physical parts is distinct from the intellectual property rights associated with them.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights regarding the text, page content, images, brand names, logos, website design, page structure, graphics, code, and other content on the QINFILL LTD website belong to QINFILL LTD or the relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Without lawful authorization, you may not:

Copy website content;
Reproduce website materials in large quantities;
Use our brand or content for commercial purposes;
Modify or republish website content;
Otherwise infringe upon relevant intellectual property rights.

Design Materials Provided by the Customer

Customers retain their rights to the drawings, designs, dimensions, trademarks, and other materials they own.

Customers must ensure that the materials submitted to QINFILL LTD do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

If materials submitted by the customer are suspected of infringing upon third-party rights, QINFILL LTD reserves the right to suspend or refuse to process the relevant order.

Manufacturing Methods and Internal Materials

Internal manufacturing methods, workflows, calculation methods, production materials, templates, business data, and other intellectual property not transferred to the customer—used by QINFILL LTD during the fulfillment of an order—remain the property of QINFILL LTD or the relevant rights holders.

Purchasing a customized physical part does not automatically grant the customer ownership of QINFILL LTD’s internal manufacturing methods, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.

  1. Reasonable Variations in Customized Products

As custom manufacturing involves varying dimensions, structures, and processing requirements, actual finished products may exhibit reasonable manufacturing tolerances or surface variations permitted by the applicable manufacturing processes.

We will manufacture products in accordance with the requirements confirmed in the order.

If a customer has specific requirements regarding dimensions, tolerances, surface finishes, or other details, these must be clearly stated and confirmed prior to placing the order.

  1. Delivery

Once the customized parts are completed, we will arrange delivery to the address provided in the order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. Delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses, incomplete contact details, or other customer-related factors may result in additional delivery charges or delays.

Please refer to the order page or order confirmation details for specific delivery times.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds for Custom Orders

As custom aluminum alloy parts are manufactured according to customer-specified dimensions and specifications, some orders may not be cancellable once processing has commenced, unlike standard products.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

If processing has not yet begun, we will assess the feasibility of cancellation based on the specific circumstances and applicable laws.

If processing of the custom parts has already started in accordance with the customer-confirmed specifications, cancellation may be restricted.

In the event of manufacturing defects, non-compliance with mutually confirmed specifications, or other issues covered by applicable law, we will assume liability in accordance with relevant UK consumer and contract laws.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

Providing accurate dimensions and specifications;
Ensuring submitted information is complete;
Ensuring the design meets their actual usage requirements;
Ensuring they have the legal right to use the submitted materials;
Providing accurate delivery information;
Making timely payment for the order;
Using the received custom parts in an appropriate manner.

Customers must not request the manufacture of parts that violate laws and regulations or infringe upon the rights of third parties.

  1. Acceptable Use

Customers may use the purchased custom aluminum alloy parts for lawful commercial, industrial, or personal projects, or for other legitimate purposes.

Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of the product for a specific project based on its intended use.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee the overall performance of the custom parts when incorporated into specific engineering works, mechanical systems, or other projects.

14. Prohibited Conduct

When using our website and services, you must not:

engage in any illegal activity;
submit false or misleading information;
access the website’s backend or systems without authorization;
attempt to disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the website;
upload malware, viruses, or other harmful programs;
infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others;
copy, scrape, or commercially use website content without authorization;
use the website to commit fraud;
impersonate another individual or business;
submit requests for custom parts that are clearly intended for illegal purposes;
use the services in any manner that could harm QINFILL LTD, other customers, or the operation of the website.

If we reasonably believe that a customer has violated these terms, we may suspend or terminate the relevant services, refuse orders, or take other measures permitted by applicable law.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QINFILL LTD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from:

incorrect dimensions or specifications submitted by the customer;
an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer;
improper installation or use of custom parts by the customer;
use of parts for unverified special purposes;
delays caused by third-party services;
events beyond our reasonable control.

However, nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including statutory consumer rights under applicable law and liability arising from our fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

For consumer customers, we do not unreasonably restrict rights enjoyed under the law through these terms.

  1. No Warranties

Except as expressly stated in the order or applicable law, we do not warrant that custom parts are suitable for specific purposes not disclosed to us by the customer.

Customers are responsible for determining the dimensions, structure, and specifications of the required parts based on their project requirements.

If a customer requires specific usage, specific tolerances, or has other special requirements, these should be clearly communicated to us before placing an order.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing services caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Such events may include:

natural disasters;
fire;
severe transportation disruptions;
government actions;
major network failures;
significant supply chain disruptions;
labor disputes;
other events beyond our reasonable control. In such circumstances, we will notify the customer to the extent reasonably practicable and take reasonable measures to mitigate the impact.

  1. Third-Party Services

The website may utilize third-party services for payment, delivery, hosting, or other functions.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

QINFILL LTD assumes no liability for the operation of independent third-party services beyond the scope of applicable law.

  1. Dispute Resolution

If you have any issues regarding an order or service, we encourage you to contact us first via email or telephone so that we may attempt to resolve the matter.

Contact Information:

Email: service@qinfillcnc.shop
Phone: 447872937407

We will review your concerns within a reasonable timeframe and attempt to resolve the dispute through direct communication.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties may consider other dispute resolution methods in accordance with applicable law, such as negotiation, mediation, or resolution through a court of competent jurisdiction.

Consumers retain any statutory rights regarding complaints and dispute resolution granted to them under applicable law.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales; however, if you reside as a consumer in another part of the UK, or if other applicable laws provide non-excludable consumer protections, these terms do not deprive you of mandatory consumer rights to which you are legally entitled.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or related to these terms or the relevant order shall be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in England and Wales.

  1. Amendments to Terms

We may update these terms in response to business changes, service adjustments, or changes in laws and regulations.

Updated terms will be published on the website, with the date of the update noted where appropriate.

If you continue to use the website or place new orders after the terms have been updated, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms applicable to such orders.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any invalid provision shall be interpreted or adjusted in a manner that is valid and comes closest to the original commercial intent, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. Entire Agreement

These terms, the order information, and any written agreements reached between the parties regarding a specific order constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the relevant services.

In the event of a conflict between the order confirmation details and these terms regarding a specific order, the specific written agreement applicable to that order may take precedence.
