The automated welding process can reliably replicate the welding standards of each product, catering to both small sample orders and large-volume orders. After welding, weld flaw detection and visual inspection are performed, and weld slag is removed. Subsequent milling and grinding can be used to correct post-weld deformation, producing aluminum alloy welded components with sufficient strength and a clean appearance for custom equipment frames and tooling connectors.
