Robotic Automated Welding Process for Aluminum Alloy Parts

Utilizing industrial robotic arms for automated welding, this process completes the assembly of customized aluminum alloy parts. It is suitable for aluminum alloy brackets, extended mounting plates, and modular connecting bases requiring welding. The robotic arm’s welding trajectory is stable, with uniform heat input, minimizing aluminum alloy welding deformation and resulting in smooth and strong welds.

The automated welding process can reliably replicate the welding standards of each product, catering to both small sample orders and large-volume orders. After welding, weld flaw detection and visual inspection are performed, and weld slag is removed. Subsequent milling and grinding can be used to correct post-weld deformation, producing aluminum alloy welded components with sufficient strength and a clean appearance for custom equipment frames and tooling connectors.
